Life Purpose – To know God and share the love, goodness, beauty and grace in all I do. It is my daily walk to choose to receive the infinite abundance of grace that is always here for us to partake! To consciously keep my feet planted on the ground and love life and help others.

I began my practice in the natural healing art when my daughter turned four. She had some learning challenges and I wanted to be able to help her in a natural way. I found a naturopathic doctor and he helped with weaning my daughter from traditional medical influence.

In 1976, I began studying massage at the Natural School of Massage Therapy in Mesa, Arizona. Here is where I learned Reflexology and spent many years gaining knowledge and insight from naturopathic doctors and holistic therapists. I stayed informed about all the news and updates exploding in the field of holistic healing.

In 1987, I went to India on a spiritual pilgrimage that spanned an entire decade. During that time, I offered seva (volunteer service) in a charitable hospital at Beas, in Northern Punjab, India, offering my medical lab tech knowledge in the chemistry department. I also served in an eye camp where 5,000 cataract surgeries were performed in just 10 days! A famous Indian eye doctor came every year to selflessly offer his service.

I was a midwife for a short time in Southern Utah in the late 70’s and at that time I was also an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) making ambulance runs in a rural area.

In 1992, I began my study of craniosacral therapy from the Natural School of Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM. This quickly became my life’s passion and calling.

In 2005, I studied Brain Integration, Crossinology, in Boulder, CO. This helps to improve the flow of information in the brain, a stress management process, which allows a person to connect to and process their life experiences. From there I added NeuroModulation Technique – the Feinberg Method. This works to identify and correct the informational source of illness-the confusion that can interrupt our innate healing mechanisms.

I use the wonderful work of Louise Hay – Heal Your Life. I am trained to be a licensed certified workshop leader. I teach people how to empower their life with positive thought and begin creating the wonderful life they deserve. Receiving hundreds of sessions of all modalities is very beneficial, but if a person does not change their negative thinking, healing will not take place.

I was raised in a Catholic family of 10 children and had the great fortune of playing the piano from the age of four and performed for many masses, weddings and funerals while still in grade school. Music is still a big part of my life.

I have always been a seeker of truth. I began a spiritual journey 25 years ago with a practice of meditation. Yearning to find out who I am and my life’s purpose, I participated in many silent retreats from 5 days, 10 days and one for a full 30 days.

“Through all these life experiences, I can say my life has been rich and full and continues to be so. I have come to know that God is Love, and Love is what heals. We either choose love or fear. In being in the moment with the Divine Presence, I am home.”

Every person that I have the privilege to lay my hands on and help, whatever they are going through in life, has been an incredible blessing to me! I have met so many wonderful people and feel honored to be a part of their journey through life. And the children! What a gift! No words to describe the feeling of connecting with these little ones! This all makes me joyous and happy! Because they are a part of me.
